Art Prints and Physical Products
All art prints and physical products sold through Jalisha Arts are produced through Printify, a print-on-demand fulfillment service.

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products:

Returns:
We do not accept returns on art prints or physical products.

Reprints:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a reprint. Reprint requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include photos documenting the issue.
Approved reprints will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or in other exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include supporting photos. Refund approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Reprint and refund requests are evaluated in coordination with Printify and must fall within Printify’s fulfillment guidelines.

Color Disclaimer:
Minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration and printing processes and are not considered defects.

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided once digital files have been accessed or downloaded.
